As a child I would walk by the sea on my way home from school. The breeze against my face was like a gentle lullaby. The sun kissed my face, my arms, my legs. I felt like Something… or maybe Someone was talking to me in a unspoken, yet familiar language.

It spoke of sadness and hope. It spoke of struggle and peace. It spoke of desire and satisfaction. It spoke of death and rebirth… love and heartbreak… beauty and darkness. I’m forever thankful for those early conversations… about life.
