I’ve done my fair share of worrying. One could even say, with all the time I’ve spent worrying, I’ve become a bit of an expert on the matter. So it is with all these years of experience at my disposal that I assure you - worrying solves nothing. I’m sure you would agree...

Worry is a liar 
Promising relief  
If only I spend  
One more second... 
One more minute... 
One more hour... 
Worrying 

Worry is a liar 
Dangling satisfaction  
If only I obsess a bit longer  
On this problem 
A solution will appear 
If only I obsess a bit longer

Worry says 
If only I obsess... 

But for all my worrying 
All I get is more worry 

So  
Stop.  Take a breath 
Stop.  Journal these feelings  
Stop.  Go for a walk 
Stop.  Think of better days  
Stop.  Plan for better days 
Stop.  Take an action towards better days  

By any means necessary  
Interrupt worry with small acts of  
Joy
